When you decide to choose Northern Property the process includes:

• Discuss what area, style and type of property you would like
• Our list of accommodation is constantly updated and modified so that you have a wide choice
• Once you know what you want you will be ready for some viewings. Take notes and don't be afraid to ask questions

On finding something you like it will be time to apply for the tenancy, this includes:

• Photographic ID - a passport or driving licence
• Complete application form (FREE)
• Deposit
• Guarantor information (Preferably a home owner)
• Character/ Employer reference
• Payslips (if applicable)
• Complete housing benefit form (FREE) (If applicable)
• First month's rent
